This position is an unpaid internship which involves volunteer students working for the Weld County Sheriff’s Office for the purpose of assisting professional staff while acquiring the work experience portion of an educational program. The internship will have a limited duration. As the internship is related to the student's degree program it may only be conducted while the student is enrolled in a degree program.

• Must have completion of credits equivalent to sophomore year of college

• Completed an instrumental analysis course

• Currently enrolled in a four year college acquiring a natural science degree

• Must be physically able to perform the tasks involved with the internship

• Must communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
