Internal opportunities are open to regular, City of Vancouver employees only who have passed an initial probationary period.

Application status updates: Check your email for status notices. If you are no longer being considered for a position, a notice will be sent to the email address you used on your application. If you are selected for an interview or an offer of employment, you will be contacted in most cases by phone. A completed City of Vancouver application is required for all positions. To be considered for a position, you must submit a complete City of Vancouver application and supplemental questionnaire unless the announcement specifically states otherwise. It is important to carefully review the minimum qualifications on the job announcement and to include all relevant education and experience that you have when applying for a position.
