| This position is located in the Division of Fiscal Management and reports to the Accounting Officer. |
|
Examples of Duties:
|
- Supervises office support staff; coordinates daily office operation; serves as the payroll clerk for the Division; reviews and analyzes timesheet entries for accuracy; manages record retention process; participates in the hiring process and benefits coordination; approves accounts payable payments for the Division including purchasing card downloads and payments.
- Manages the Division's internet/intranet and Sharepoint sites by planning, developing, writing and editing content, creating documents in PDF format, transferring pages the test and production servers; attends meetings of the internet/intranet Quality Assurance committees to develop and carry out policies and procedures; plans, develops, administers, and maintains the Division's Sharepoint and Business Continuity sites; creates fill and print forms for the Division.
- Coordinates publication and distribution of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for submission to the County Council and Government Finance Officers Association by ensuring proper formatting and adherence to deadlines established by the County Charter; acts as liaison with printing vendor; works in conjunction with external auditors in the preparation of audit confirmation correspondence to various agencies; collects and compiles statistical information from various agencies. Administers certain aspects of the Tyler Content Manager (TCM) for contracts and warrants; provides technical assistance and training for system operations.
- Assists with budget preparation by coordinating the annual division budget development and preparation in conjunction with the Accounting Officer.
- Performs related work as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
|
| A minimum of five years of general office experience, preferably in an accounting or financial services environment, and one year of supervisory experience. Applicants must be highly proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications. Sharepoint experience is preferred. |
