Employment at Stafford County Government is on an "at-will" basis and is for no definite period and may, regardless of the date and method of payment of wages or salary, be terminated at any time with or without cause.

All offers of employment will be made on a contingent basis, provided that the candidate successfully passes a background check and a drug and alcohol test.
