Apply online by clicking on the job title you are interested in and clicking on the "Apply" link! If this is the first time you are applying using our online job application, you will need to create an account and select a Username and Password. After your account has been established, you can build an application by clicking on the "Build Job Application" link. This application can be saved and used to apply for more than one job opening.

3. Account for all employment and any periods of unemployment in the last 10 years. Include self-employment, military service, and volunteer work related to the job for which your are applying. Include additional work experience more than 10 years ago if you feel it will help you qualify for the job you are seeking.

4. Attach additional sheets if you need more space.

5. Resumes are NOT accepted in place of any part of the application.

SELECTION PROCEDURES

In order to be considered for employment in the classified service at the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District, applicants must go through an examination process and have their names placed on an Eligibility List. The examination process may consist of any one or more of the following: Training and Experience Evaluation, a Written Test, a Performance Test, a Technical Oral Interview and/or a Qualifications Appraisal Interview.
