Duties:
|
| Will perform routine and preventive maintenance on commercial and residential HVAC equipment, hot water boilers, as well as gas and oil fired equipment. Must be able to work well with staff, tenants and the general public. |

Minimum Qualifications:
|
| High school diploma or equivalent education as required by apprenticeship program. WSDL and insurable driving record required. |

Competencies, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

| Union membership required within 30 days of hire date. |
