Duties:
|
| Will perform routine and preventive maintenance on commercial and residential HVAC equipment, hot water boilers, as well as gas and oil fired equipment. Must be able to work harmoniously with staff, tenants and the general public. |
|
Minimum Qualifications:
|
Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans and use good judgment. High school diploma or equivalent education as required by apprenticeship program. WSDL and insurable driving record required. |

Competencies, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
|
Must possess a valid Washington CFC license within six months and a valid Washington EL06B Electrical license within six months. Union membership required within 30 days of hire date. |
