Follow the instructions on the site to create an application and apply on-line. List all periods of employment for the past 10 years, beginning with your most recent or present employer. List any experience that may help you to qualify for the position. List separately each position held, including different positions with the same employer. List and explain all periods of unemployment in the provided space.
Resumes may be included but will not substitute for the employment history section. In addition, please ensure that you complete the supplemental questionnaire, if applicable before submitting your application. We suggest that you print a copy of the job bulletin to help you prepare your answers for any supplemental questions and to use as a reference in preparing for interviews. We also suggest creating and saving any text answers to the supplemental questions in a word processor and then copying and pasting them into the appropriate text box prior to submission of your application. Once you have answered the supplemental questions, click on “Save & Proceed.” Your application will come up for you to review and edit as needed. Then click on “Confirm and Send Application.” The “Privacy Statement and Certificate of Applicant” will come up for you to either “Accept” or “Decline”. If you “Accept” a message will come up that thanks you for applying and tells you that your application has been received. You will also receive a confirmation via e-mail. Please retain this confirmation as proof of receipt. Submit your applications by 5:30 pm (Monday-Thursday) and 5:00 p.m.(alternate Fridays) Pacific Time (PT) of the final filing date listed.
