| The Arrowhead Regional Medical Center is recruiting for Registered Nurses to work in an acute care setting. For more detailed information, please refer to the Registered Nurse I job description Hiring Bonus: New Registered Nurses I are eligible to receive a five hundred dollar ($500) bonus upon hire. After completion of 2080 service hours of employment (approximately one year full- time) as a Registered Nurse I , employees shall receive an additional one thousand dollars ($1,000).Relocation Assistance is available. | Minimum Requirements: | |
| License and Certification: Must possess and maintain a current license as a Registered Nurse with the State of California Board of Registered Nursing, and Healthcare Provider level Basic Life Support certification. Depending upon area of assignment, additional certification may be required. Applicants for Registered Nurse I will be accepted with an Interim Permit and must obtain license within six months of hire. Write license number and expiration date on the supplemental application. 1) Registered Nurses I work under training conditions and must be promoted to Registered Nurse II upon receipt of a satisfactory work progress report and completion of twelve months experience or be terminated. 2) Requires working various shifts, week-ends and holidays. 3) Requires lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance, and carrying of up to 50 pounds. 4) The work environment may involve exposure to assaultive and combative patients. 5) Applicants selected for these positions must pass a background investigation and verification of employment history and education. |
