| This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the teens and preteen program at the Thomas Farm Community Center.
Position is available during the after school hours and early evening during the week, occasional weekend and late evenings, and during the daytime in the summer months. The salary starts at $11.00 per hour. |

| Examples of Duties: | |
| Maintaining discipline and enforce all the center rules;
Plan, schedule and implement activities for teens and pre-teens; Advertising and promoting the teen activities in the Center; Maintain the orderliness of the game room; Supervisor volunteers; Responsible for gathering activity supplies; Completing necessary paperwork; Occasionally lead off-site trips; Other duties as assigned |

| Minimum Requirements: | |
| This position requires ability to interact well with teens and act as a mentor. The ability to solve conflicts and provide leadership. Must have computer skills and customer service experience. | |
| Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: | |
| CPR/AED/First Aid Training preferred. Ability to carry 50lbs. Educational courses equivalent to two years of college and/or equal amount of supervisory experience with teens. Must be at least 21 years of age and posses a valid Maryland driver's license. | |
