Welcome to the Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller's job application process!

An e-mail address is necessary to apply on-line. If you don't have one, you can sign up for free e-mail at Hotmail, Yahoo!Mail or Excite. It takes only a few minutes to register!

If this is the first time you are using our online job application, you will need to create an account and select a Username and Password. You will need to have cookies enabled on your computer. First time users will find our New User's Guide (pdf format) helpful. The guide provides step-by-step illustrated directions and will walk you through the process of creating your account and creating and submitting your first application.

After your account has been established, you can build an application by clicking the "Create Application" button. Your application can be saved and used to apply for more than one job opening.

Once you have established an account, scroll down this page to see our current job opportunities. You can apply by clicking on the job title you are interested in and clicking the "Apply" link. It is important that your application be completed accurately and shows all relevant information.

 

There is a one hour time limit to complete the application process. Therefore, to help expedite the process, we suggest that you have the following information readily accessible to you prior to starting your application on-line.

Employment History – Name and address of your present and previous employer(s) for the last ten (10) years, and list the duties and responsibilities of each position.

Education Information – Name and address of all educational institutions you attended.

References – Please include the names and telephone numbers of at least two (2) personal references and at least two (2) professional references. Please provide an email address for all references, if available.

Supplemental Questionnaire – A majority of our positions require you to complete a Supplemental Questionnaire. To assist you in completing the application you may want to print a copy of the questionnaire by clicking the job you are interested in, clicking on the Supplemental Questions tab and then clicking the Print Job Information link. Resumes submitted in lieu of the Supplemental Questionnaire will not be accepted.

It is important that your application show all relevant education and experience you possess. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE REJECTED.

Once you have created your account you can track the progress of your application by logging into your account and clicking on the "Application Status" link. To view and print a copy of your application select the print option.

 

If you want to be notified when a particular job opens submit a job interest card, by clicking the link below that says "Request job notifications by category...." You may then select the boxes for the job categories you are interested in and enter all required personal information. Over the course of the next 12 months we will notify you via email whenever a job in that category becomes available.

Online applications are stored on a secure site. Only authorized employees and hiring authorities have access to the information submitted.
