| Example of Duties: | |
| The interpreter internship program is currently being offered to college-level students enrolled in a legal interpretation program who are preparing for certification as a Court Interpreter. Eligible students will have completed a minimum number of skill-based language lab work in sight translation, consecutive and simultaneous interpreting, as determined by the Court, before beginning their internship. The interns will act under the direct control and supervision of the court through Court Reporter and Interpreter Services (CRIS) management. The court will provide student interns with appropriate training and orientation. |
