The court requires each applicant to submit a court employment application and confidential supplemental questionnaire for each position. All sections of the employment application, including a detailed work history, must be completed at time of submission. Applications which are submitted without full completion will be considered as an incomplete application. A résumé MAY NOT be submitted in lieu of the employment application (or completion of the work history section of the application). A résumé may be submitted in addition to the employment application, but applicants are selected for an interview and/or testing based primarily on information supplied by the application and supplemental forms.
