| Typical Duties: | |
| Responsible for providing care for an assigned group of patients for a designated timeframe. The LPN provides care for these individuals via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the therapeutic environment, treatment and modalities and interdisciplinary collaboration. Physical and Environmental Requirements: CONTINUAL: Talking Seeing/Hearing FREQUENT: Walking/Finger/Hand Dexterity Standing/Sitting OCCASIONAL: Lifting/Carrying in excess of 50 pounds Pulling/Pushing in excess of 50 pounds Bending/Stooping/Climbing Stairs |

| Minimum Qualifications: | |
| Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing and hold current licensure or permit to practice as a Practical Nurse in the State of Tennessee Must able to demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development necessary for assessment, range of treatment and care of patients.
