| Multnomah County Health Department is recruiting Full Time, Part Time, On Call and Temporary, Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Practice Physicians. These positions are located in the various Clinics around the County. Our clinics serve a multicultural, multilingual, predominantly low income, population. About 80% of the patients are non-English speaking, primarily Russian, Asian and Hispanic. The Health Department is seeking physicians comfortable with caring for the medically indigent, enthused about cross-cultural medicine and oriented toward preventive health. Qualified candidates must be board certified or board eligible; this position is not a J-1 visa or HB-1 opportunity. The ideal Candidate will be Bilingual in Spanish, however, this is not a requirement. |

To Qualify:

In order to meet the screening qualifications for this recruitment, applicants must be a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Practice Physician.
Experience: Post residency experience preferred.
Training: Graduation from an accredited school of medicine with completion of residency in Family Practice required. Spanish language preferred.
Required: Board eligibility or certification in Family Practice, a State of Oregon Physician’s license and the ability to obtain credentialing approval.
Security: Ability to pass a Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office background check is required for some positions. |

To allow applicants to observe the Clinic operations, our process includes a SITE VISIT were each applicant will: meet with a clinic team interview panel; shadow a provider for 2-4 hours
