| The Campus Kitchens Coordinator is an externally-funded position that is responsible for raising funds for the continuation for the program, including operational and salary budgets, through development activities, and grants. The Coordinator is involved in the development and maintenance of service-learning relationships across the University's campus, and serves as a member of the Community Engagement Team. The success of this program is dependent upon the Coordinator's ability to increase revenue funding, along with the implementation of the overall program goals. |

Minimum Qualifications:
|
- Bachelor's degree.
- Three (3) years experience in Higher Education, working with Community Service Agencies, Development, Food Service Management or similar fields.
- Safe-Serv Certification within 90 days of hire.
- Supervisory experience.
- Experience in raising funds through development activities, fund-raising, and grant-writing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and guidelines, and food-service operations.
- Knowledge and understanding of Student Development theory and practice.
- Experience with managing budgets.

- Excellent public-speaking and interpersonal-communication skills.
- Experience in Community Engagement Activities and Service-Learning.
- Computer skills.
- Experience or involvement with strategic planning.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully with a diverse population of students, faculty, and staff.
