- Tenure Track position to teach upper and lower division undergraduate construction management courses in two or more of these areas: Construction Graphics, Documents, Materials & Methods, Safety, Estimating, Planning & Scheduling, Project Management, Mechanical & Electrical Systems, Structural Analysis & Design or Project Development.
- Participate in development of undergraduate and graduate curriculum and instruction materials.
- Participate in supervising and teaching laboratories if appropriate.
- Develop online courses.
- Develop and maintain an externally funded research program.
- Perform appropriate service functions for the department, university and community.
- Advise students.
- Participate in professional meetings and establish key construction industry contacts.

Minimum Qualifications:
|
- Earned Doctorate from an accredited university.
- Two years teaching experience in a construction-related degree program.
- Two years experience in the North American construction industry.
- Demonstrated ability to carry out externally funded research.

Other Considerations:
|
- Preferred Doctorate in: Construction Management, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Architecture, Business or related degree.
- Computer literacy in two or more: BIM, AutoCAD, Scheduling, Estimating or Project Management.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collegially with faculty, administrators and students.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering a diverse working and learning environment.
