You can now apply online by clicking on the job title you are interested in - click on the "Apply" link!  If this is the first time you are applying using our new online job application, you will need to create an account and select a User name and Password.  After your account has been established, you can build an application by clicking on the "Build Job Application" link. This application can be saved and used to apply for more than one job opening.  Online applications are stored on a secure site.  Only authorized employees and hiring authorities have access to the information submitted.  NOTE:  If you forget your user name/password once you have established your account, call (888) 636-4681 to retrieve this information.  For security purposes, the City of Lubbock Human Resources department is NOT able to retrieve this information.

It is important that your application show all the relevant education you possess, list all employment for the past ten years, explain any gaps of employment, and include three references.  Resumes may be attached as additional documentation for consideration, but may not be submitted in lieu of application.  All sections of the application must be completed to be considered for the position.
