Current vacancy involves responsibility for activities coordination of economically disadvantaged citizens. - (20hrs/wk.) |

Minimum Qualifications For Admission to Examination:
|
Jefferson Parish residency is required for those not currently in the classified service; plus,
Significant experience directing social and leisure activities for diverse groups of individuals, including some experience directly involving programs for senior citizens or the economically disadvantaged.
NOTE: Accredited college degrees in recreation, social work, social welfare, psychology, or closely related fields will substitute for some or all of the required experience.
Proof of college training must be submitted in the form of transcripts.
The Personnel Department reserves the right to determine the quantity and quality of experience claimed for consideration. |
