Welcome to the City of Irvine's application process! You can now apply online by clicking on the job title you are interested in and clicking on the "Apply" link! If this is the first time you are applying using our online job application, you will need to create an account and select a Username and Password. After your account has been established, you can build an application by clicking on the "Build Job Application" link. This application can be saved and used to apply for more than one job opening. Please be advised that you should receive a confirmation email soon after you submit your application. If you do not receive an email confirming your application submission, please re-submit your information.
Online applications are stored on a secure site. Only authorized employees and hiring authorities have access to the information submitted.
A minimum of ten years of detailed work history is required on the application, beginning with your most recent experience and including periods of self-employment and military service. If you have held more than one position with the same employer, please list each position. For full consideration you must provide all information requested about your qualifications and work record. A resume submitted in lieu of an application will not be sufficient. Applications may be rejected if incomplete.
