Welcome! Thank you for your interest in employment with College of Marin! We encourage you to review our Online Employment Application Guide whether you are a new or returning applicant. The College only accepts applications through our online application system and only for current open recruitments. Please review our Online Employment Application Guide to ensure a successful application. Online applications are stored on a secure site, powered by NeoGov (GovernmentJobs.com). Only authorized employees and hiring authorities have access to the information submitted. If this is the first time you are applying for a position using this online system, it is very important that you review the Online Employment Application Guide and that you read the following information before applying. You must have a valid email address to access the system. All notices such as application receipt and status of your application will be sent to your email account. If you do not already have an email account, you may obtain a free one at sites such as Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo. Applicants who have applied for other positions using GovernmentJobs.com may use their previously created account when applying for jobs with College of Marin - see 'Returning Applicants' below.

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
It is important that your application show all the relevant education and experience you possess and that you attach all of the required application documents listed in the job posting.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR FACULTY/ADMINISTRATORS
All applicants for academic service must meet the minimum qualifications for the discipline as specified in Minimum Qualifications for Faculty and Administrators in California Community Colleges, published by the Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges. Applicants who do not meet the minimum stated educational qualifications may apply for these instructional or educational administrative positions by requesting consideration based upon an assertion of "equivalence" through one or more categories described in the Supplemental Questions/Equivalency section of the online application.
FOREIGN DEGREE HOLDERS
For positions requiring a degree, all foreign degree credentials must be evaluated by a third party to determine the equivalent U.S. degree and major, and the Foreign Credential Evaluation must be attached to your application before your application will be considered. Not attaching your Foreign Credential Evaluation will render your application incomplete. Evaluations should include a course-by-course evaluation and provide the name of the institution attended, a description of your credentials, the major field of study, and the U.S. equivalent for each credential. For a list of evaluating agencies, visit the State of California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. Note: Even if you obtained your graduate degree(s) in the U.S., you must attach a Foreign Credential Evaluation for your undergraduate degree if it was obtained outside the U.S.
