|
| Experienced Application Developer required to design, execute, assess, and implement software programs and applications. This includes configuring, coding, developing, and documenting applications specifications throughout the project life cycle. The developer will provide high level quality technology solutions that address business needs by developing applications within mature technology environments. This employee will utilize mature programming methodologies and languages and adhere to coding standards, procedures and technique while contributing to the technical code documentation. |

Examples Of Essential Duties:
|
The Application Developer will participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations; incorporate security requirements into design; and provide input to information/data flow, and understanding and comply to project Life Cycle Methodology in all planning steps. The developer will also document detailed application specifications, translate technical requirements into programmed application modules and develop/enhance software application modules. The candidate must be a self-starter and work well with others and must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and effectively communicate with all stakeholders. The candidate must have the capability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to new technologies and environments.

Typical Qualifications:
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required, and five years of progressive experience in software and application development utilizing Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, DHTML, UML, Java, JavaScript, VB.Net, C#, CSS, XML, and XSLT. Strong Front End development skills in Eclipse, Visual Studio, SQL Developer, Unix, and Oracle databases experience for production-level projects. Experience using Tomcat, Apache, JBoss, Oracle 9i, 10G Application Server, OA Framework, and Web Logic (desired but not required.) Web database application development experience using MVC Architecture. Experience with Ajax and developing Web services.
