|
| This employee inspects all permitted land disturbing construction projects to ensure compliance with the approved plans of the City and Georgia Soil & Water Commission. |

Examples Of Essential Duties:
|
| Duties include, but are not limited to: conducting residential and light commercial inspections; maintaining records on files; preparing erosion and sedimentation reports; writing stop work orders; investigation problems and complaints; and performing additional tasks as needed. |
|
Typical Qualifications:
|
| Applicants for this position must have an Associate’s degree in Engineering, Building Construction or a related field and four years of surveying, engineering, construction management or erosion/construction inspection experience. Equivalent combinations of training and experience will be determined under prescribed guidelines. |
|
Supplemental Information:
|
Applicants must possess a State of Georgia driver's license at time of appointment.
Must be licensed in the State of Georgia as a qualified erosion and sedimentation inspector. |
