|
| The purpose of this job in Grease Management is to permit, inspect and maintain compliance of food service establishments with the Grease Trap Ordinance. |
|
Examples Of Essential Duties:
|
| Grease Management: Meet with food service establishment staff owners to discuss compliance procedures; pursue enforcement activities including grease management plan review, re-inspections problem areas, and citations issuance; maintain the Grease Information Management Database; supervise tracing the sources of illegal, harmful, or excessive waste discharges into the City's sewer system and surface waters; prepare reports, records and correspondence; etc. |

Typical Qualifications:
|
| Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or one of the Earth Sciences; two years of experience in industrial waste inspections, wastewater monitoring, hazardous waste management, industrial waste treatment, and/or compliance activities; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Must possess a valid Georgia Driver's License. |
