NOTE: This position is assigned to the County Work Release Facility housing female inmates. In accordance with the Florida Model Jail Standards, Section 4.05, this position must be filled by a female. Therefore, only female applicants meeting the posted minimum requirements will be considered for this position. This is a permanent midnight shift, 12:00 midnight to 8:00 am. | Bachelor's degree in banking, real estate, business administration, public administration, housing and one year of experience with responsibilities as a loan processor, homebuyer counselor, credit counselor or construction manager; or any equivalent combination of related training and experience. Successful completion of a criminal history background investigation is required prior to employment. Applicants within six months of meeting the education/ experience requirement may be considered for trainee status. Collaborative work skills, lending and client customer service experience desirable. Ability to function in a high stress environment and be well organized, have attention to detail desirable. | ||||||||
