This position is a part time Tennis Attendant at Hudlow Tennis Center.

 Essential Duties:
 

·  Performs general housekeeping and grounds maintenance duties to maintain a clean interior building and external surroundings of the tennis facility.

·  Answers telephone.

·  Provides information to the general public.

·  Collects tennis center fees.

·  Makes change and receipts incoming monies.

·  Balances receipts and prepares bank deposits.

 Education/Experience, Licenses, Knowledge and Skills, Physical Requirements:
 

High School Diploma or GED or sufficient education to follow oral and written instructions.

Experience in working in a customer service environment

Experience in handling money preferred.

Valid Georgia Driver’s License.

This job entails fiduciary responsibility and will require a credit check.

Good oral, written and interpersonal skills.

Skill in effective customer service techniques.

Ability to effectively deal with the public by telephone and in person.

Ability to adapt and react quickly in a sometimes stressful environment.

Ability to perform basic math calculations and prepare bank deposits.

 Supplemental Information:
Positions in this class typically require: reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing, and seeing.  Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
